First of all,

Happy Birthday to the_gneech!

Hope the day was good for you, and that tonight is fun! Enjoy the weekend!
since by the time I'm typing this, it's probably just about quiting time for you on the East coast...


It looks like this Sunday is going to be my last work Sunday for SuperValu (Jewel/Osco). I will actually be working a normal work week of Monday thru Friday! (I'm not going to know what to do!)

They are actually shipping some of the people out from Chicago for training next week. Annie Michalik got the Sr. Department Specialist position that I was mainly applying for. She's going to be sitting with me on Tuesday.

Then 23 Oct. thru 3 Nov. we do the work, and train people by phone in Chicago (I will be training Bill, whoever he is.) 6 - 10 Nov, people in Illinois do the work, while we check it.
Then the rest of November, we are only on call if they have any problems, meaning we are going to be BORED.

1 December is the last day in the Scottsdale office, and my last day with SuperValu (Jewel/Osco) aka Albertsons aka Osco Drugs... It's been a good career, IMO.
