this is ridiculous.
11pm, and it is still over100º.
This type of heat, or winter snow.... right now, I think I will take the winter snow. I think I do better in the cold, rather than this heat.... I feel like I could estivate.

I almost passed out from heat exhaustion tonight (after the sun went down) doing some stuff on my car.
And of course, now I am wide awake.

tomorrow, I get my annual review at work. The last before everything goes down... My rating should be at least Above Expectations. It would be nice if I achieve Outstanding. :)
Then we have the meeting with all 40 ppl. left in the building. (There used to be 200+ in the Scottsdale office... just a bit of decimation over the past couple years...)

A few years ago, I had trouble falling asleep with someone else in bed with me.
Now, I'm having trouble falling asleep, without Jos in bed with me.

Now that I think about it, I don't know if I'm ready to be manager of Scan Administration. Of course, if I do follow the job out to Chicago, there is going to be major changes in how the department is structured, even if I'm not manager.

I really should try to get to sleep again...

In the winter, you can always put on more clothes.

In summer, there's only so much you can take off before people start to complain or call the cops.
