vik_thorhmmm... I really need to keep this updated more.
2 weeks ago, Monday, my scooter was stolen out of our parking lot... :( and the sad thing is I couldn't give the police a very good idea of the time it was stolen. My days off have changed to Mondays and tuesdays. that Monday, I literally didn't leave the apartment all day. it was there when Jos left in the morning, and gone when he got in. and it was one of his long days. :b
We obviously haven't heard anything from the police yet.
We've been able to scrape up enough to get another scooter. Now we gotta get it titled and licensed. This one is a bright red one. I'll be putting quite a few stickers on it. One of the first one's I'm going to get is another Darwin fish.
We're going to be having a department meeting tomorrow morning. Make up for the one we started to have a couple weeks ago. Which got interrupted by the broadcasts by the 3 companies that have bought us out. It was originally supposed to be just CVS (since we are the Drug Division office.) Then the Communication people realized that we do support all the Dual Brand and combo's also...
I am much more confident now about getting hired by one of the buyers. Hoopefully either CVS or SuperValu. I'm not that confident of the stores that Cerberus bought will be staying as one company for long at all. I think it will be much more likely that they sell them off piecemeal. Right now, my biggest worry is what will happen to Jos and I if I get a good job offer elsewhere... especially in one of the headquarter cities. SuperValu's HQ is in Eden Prairie, MN, while CVS's is in Woonsocket, RI. Jos has said that he doesn't want to go back to places that have snow. which both of those do have...
