vik_thorYou know, I really can't understand people who put off buying stuff till Christmas Eve. Worked @ Wal*Mart today, and it was nonstop busy! Some fairly large sales too... $2-300 (and not on single items....)
The last customers I had (and the last in the store) pretty much typify the day.
They brought 3 carts of stuff up, and ended up going through and dumping a lot of it in the register lane. After ringing up, what remained was >$550. They went through and decided to take about $100 off.

Date: 2003-12-24 08:58 pm (UTC)Well, you know... people are busy and they procrastinate so they shop on the last shopping day. I prefer shopping between Christmas and New Year when the discounts appear.
