Jul. 8th, 2006 09:51 pmJos and mine anniversary was yesterday. 2 years since we were joined in a civil union, in Vermont. then went down to AnthroCon.
To celebrate, last night we went out to eat at the California Pizza Kitchen. We were then going to go see Pirates of the Carribean. Unfortunately, it was sold out when we got there, so we went to Superman Returns. IMO, it is the best of the Superman movies. It is quite good, and we both enjoyed it a lot. I think I liked it a bit better than Jos.
Also, yesterday was Jos's last day working as a vending machine filler... He has a phone interview with Schneider Trucking. Hopefully he will get it. He likes driving so much. Of course, I'll miss him around here. :(
Today, we went up to Peoria, AZ. he had driven by a building he thought would make a neat house. it is an old convenience store at the corner of 75th Ave and Grand Ave. it's a good idea, but I don't think we'll be able to do it. For one, while looking at the Peoria, AZ, it turns out the spot we looked at is zoned as non-residential.
