blah, may have killed my Spider Plant. :(
Ended up with an infestation of gnats/flies, and was told to take it home.
Decided to take it down to my car about 2ish, rolled the windows down enough, I thought it would cool off enough to not harm it. When I came down after work, most of the little plants were almost crisped, and the leaves were quite wilted.
Hopefully I will be able to save it.

I would love to be able to move back to midwest.

Aww your poor little plant! I hope it survived. I almost always kill plants when I try to keep them. :(

yep, it has survived, and is putting out some new growth. (and the 'baking' seems to have gotten rid of the gnats.)
