vik_thorI don't have to be back to work until 5 Jan 2009. I took a half day today.
Tomorrow, I am planning on going downtown to the East Court building, and observing in one or two courtrooms. I'm going to take the light rail down and back, on the last day it is free.
I looked at the maps, and it looks like I might be able to stop driving to work, instead use my bike and the light rail. The closest station is @ Central and Camelback, which is a little over a mile from here. Ride the train down to the 44th St station, then ride bike down SR-153. I think it might be about 3.5 miles on bike each way. Which wouldn't be that bad. Get me into shape.
I'm hoping to get downtown by 8am tomorrow.
