sometmes, it's been hard for me to actually concentrate on getting anything done at home.
Work hasn't been so bad. fairly slow. even with helping out the Kansas City market. When they hire a new assistant, my grandboss has already said he wants me to go over to KC to help with the training.
I love some of the research I get to do in this job. though I am somewhat annoyed by some of the stuff the previous person in my job did/didn't do.. Just today I came across a lease that we acquired in 2004, that has a % clause in it, that has not had % calculated since we got it. Now I'm going to have to try to go back that far to get it all calculated. Then I checked ownership, and it's looking that who we have as the lessor is not who is the owner according the the county. What is odd, is that the company we are paying is a radio station from Detroit??
