Follow up to last nights post

vik_thorDid some browsing after I posted last night, and it seems that Carrollton, the extinct subdivision I walk through, wasn't fully gone as long ago as I thought. In fact, it looks like the last residents didn't actually get forced out until about 2006.

What's really sad about it, is it looks like the expansion plan that was settled on was the one that impacted the most people, cost the most, and may have been the least effective. I came across one statement where the new runway is only used for about 5% of the traffic.
