100% of people who have ingested dihidrogen monoxide will die! This was one of my son's favorite things when he was younger. With the right spin, yes--basic water can seem lethal.
Natural does not always equal good, but people forget that. Aresenic is natural. So is cyanide. Heck, death is natural too-- but we don't typically embrace it!
