Gnoms on you, "Mmmmm, that and the fact that you're a very busy person lately. Actually if we stop spending so much, there's no reason why we can't do at least one bowling night a week before work. One option is one of the St Charles alleys, go there before work, then have you drop me off. Plus you could also attend Dec's fur bowling (see the STL furs forum/calendar)."
"My ball isn't actually drilled for me fingers, rather we had the inserts removed and the holes smoothed, while the thumb was drilled for me. That leaves the finger holes too big, but i don't think that's going to be any problem. The ball has to be light weight as i seem to have a bit of tennis elbow, it developed back when i was delivering magazines and newspapers in PHX."
Pokes you, "The hill is too hard? Making excuses are we? Its only hard when you're out of shape, and you only get in shape by riding. Hmmm, we need to make that a regular thing, wonder how long into fall/winter we could keep it up. Also could make me keep a regular sleep schedule that leaves time for a walk/jog/ride/bowling after work. While i'm in better shape, only slightly over weight (i really don't want to see my cholesterol number), exercise isn't a bad thing, i'd especially like to build up my core to reduce strain on my back."
